Art Nouveau copper & brass milk cooler
Unusual milk cooler, the double skin was filled with cold water, the milk put in the middle container; there was originally a tap at the bottom to pour the milk out. Ideal for a bottle of wine!
Size: Approximately 12 ½ “(32 cm) high to the top of the lid (about 13” (34cm) to the top of the lid finial), 4 ½ “(11cm) across the top by 6“(15 ½ cm) across the base
Maker: There’s a worn, unreadable label on the front the wording starting with “Patent”
Date: Late 19th / early 20th century
Condition: In good condition, there’s a small dent on the back and a few scuffs and knocks from use
