You may return any item for any reason up to fourteen days after you receive it.

You are responsible for the return postage costs, we recommend that you use a traceable service to return any items to us as we cannot refund items that are lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.
On receipt of your returned item (and having checked that they are in their original condition), we will refund your original payment and postage.
Please repack carefully, if possible in the original packaging and include your name and contact details and use a traceable service to return any items to us.
Reasonable care must be taken of the goods before they are returned to us, if lack of care results in damage or deterioration, there may be a charge for the reduction in value
We do our best to describe items accurately, but if we have made a mistake we will make a full refund including return postage (once the item is returned)
